Books.

This is my labour of the last year and more and is now available to purchase as an ebook for Kindle. It can, of course, be purchased to be read on many other devices such as Ipads and tablets using the Kindle app.

End of my marketing which I vowed I would never do. The Tao Te Ching is a book that I have found helpful over the years on my own spiritual quest. It is the simplest of books to understand but I have done my very best to make it more accessible.

William Wordsworth said the following about books.

Dreams, books, each are a world; and books, we know,
Are a substantial world, both pure and good.
Round these, with tendrils strong as flesh and blood,
Our pastimes and our happiness will grow.

Somebody else said the following about books.

Books are the carriers of civilisation.  Without books, history is silent, literature dumb, science crippled, thought and speculation at a standstill.  Books are humanity in print.

I do not expect to sell any of those books except maybe one or two to friends who have known I have been working on this. Such books often fall into the category of books people own but seldom read.

The best selling books are of course books on slimming and books on cooking. Of course they go together slimming books are there to help you lose the weight you put on because you ate all the things you learned to cook.

I have other things to think about today so this is short and to the point. Today I have an early appointment to see the specialist about the constant pain I have in my foot.

Have a good day one and all and thank you kindly to all those who took time to wish me a happy birthday I did indeed have just that
