Most days I end with the hope that those reading have a good day. I do not do this lightly, I do so because I have in my life had a few bad days and know just what that can feel like.
As the years have come and gone I am a bit more fortunate than most because I get a kind of warning when I just know that I am going to a dark place. The great blessing of life is that I also know that this dark place will also pass.
During those dark moments i listen to the words of the masters of Taoism and try to be like the river of life and to go with the flow, not fight it or fret along with it.
Now if you think this is bad, and you can remember a bad day of your own give a little thought for this man who had a really bad day at the office.
This is a true account of a mans day and his application for compensation.
