This painting is very similar to the one I did of the dancer in red, I was looking at it again ready to tinker a bit with it moved my head too quickly and boom there was a new painting right before my dizzy eyes.
So there are in every situation some things that are positive, even in the most disturbing of times. My best friend had a fairly serious car accident a few days ago and of course was feeling very down. Speaking to him yesterday I did manage to point out to him that even in this there were little positives that had happened. We ended up last night sharing a few of the old jokes and tales that used to make us laugh and still they did.
The starting point of anything good id there before our eyes when we look we will see them.
I have spoken before about our obsession with the lives of others. The celebrity cult. We look at their lives with some jealousy wishing we were living their lives. But how often we see those very people behind the mask of empty laughter there is often much sadness and loneliness.
So one of the biggest lessons I have ever learned in life is this.
Do not be so satisfied with the success stories of others and how things have gone for them that you forget to write your own. Unfold your own tale and bring it to life.
We have everything we need to become what you are capable of becoming.
Incredible change happens when you decide to take control. This means consuming less and creating more.
It means refusing to let others do your thinking, talking, and deciding for you. It means learning to respect and use your own ideas and instincts to write your passage.
If you want your life story to soar to new heights, you’ve got to clear a path, reduce the time-sinks and burdens weighing you down, and pick up the things that give you wings.
Keep your best wishes and your biggest goals close to your heart and dedicate time to them every day. If you truly care about what you do and you work diligently at it, there’s almost nothing you can’t accomplish.
I wrote this in response to a personal request I hope it answers the person who asked me? Apologies to others who might not find this helpful.
To one and all have a marvellous day.
