Who can I blame now?

How very easy it is to get down when things are not going exactly the way we would wish them to go. The next and almost logical thing to do is to seek out who is to blame for your present position. It cannot of course be yourself.
I hope you will agree with me. I can assure you I have been there and got the t shirt. Everybody else to is to blame except for me.
AN employer was feeling that the atmosphere in his office was one of dejection and nobody could pin down what it was. So he thought up a little plan.
One day as all the employees arrived at the office they saw a large notice at the entrance which read.
Yesterday the person hindering the growth
of the company passed away.
We invite you to join us in the gym area
for the funeral service.
All work will be suspended for the duration.
The employees all felt sad that one of them had passed away but who was it and who had been hindering the progress of the company.
As people gathered in the gym the security men organised that each person join the line that was snaking its way passed the coffin. The closer they got to the coffin the more they asked who was it that had held back the company and all of them. One by one they got closer and gasps could be heard from those passing the coffin.
As each employee reached the coffin and looked inside there was a moment of shocked silence. Inside the coffin was a large mirror and everyone who looked in only saw their own image.
There was also another sign beside the mirror that read.
There is only one person cable of setting your limits of growth.
That person is YOU.
You alone can influence you working day and your happiness, and your realisation of success.
Your life does not change because your boss does.
Your life only changes when YOU change.
We all have to be responsible for our own lives
The most important relationship you can ever have is the one you have with yourself.
The world is like a mirror: it gives back to anyone the reflection of their thoughts.
It is the way you face life that makes the difference to how you see life  and wether it is success or sadness.
Have a wonderful day beware of false mirrors.
